National Government

The main focus of the divestment campaign at a Governmental level is to prevent the Government or its agencies awarding contracts to companies owned or aligned to the Israeli Government or companies complicit in the policies of the Israeli state.   

The current focus of Sadaka’s work is to:

1. Oppose the Dept. of Defence’s purchase of military equipment from Israeli suppliers
2. Prevent the possible award by the Railway Procurement Agency of the Dublin Metro contract to Transway (company owned by Veolia).
